Return Policy
When Returning Items:
- All returned items must be in the original packaging.
- Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging.
- We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.
- If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice. Please inform us which you prefer: a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.
- TASERS and TASER accesories are covered under TASER INTERNATIONAL, INC. 90 Day Limited Warranty.
- Warranty: TASER International will replace any broken TASER® Weapon properly registered under the Free Lifetime Warranty program. If a TASER® Weapon is ever lost in a crime-fighting situation, our Lifetime Warranty will cover free replacement upon presentation of a police report and micro-ID tag from the crime scene. The Lifetime Warranty is included free of charge when the Lifetime Warranty Card is returned within 90 days of date of purchase.
